GableCraft News


'Gablecraft News' is the latest addition to the ever growing product range from Gablecraft Ltd.

"Historically we have always changed and improved our online presence, but currently we are developing our customer facing systems at such a rate that we just don't have the time to inform our customers of the new benefits to them." Stated Matthew Wilkinson, Gablecraft's MD.

"Because of this 'Gablecraft News' was conceived, it's sole purpose is to keep our customers abreast of the ongoing developments and new abilities available to them."



Clearview Online News


Clearview magazine needed a twice monthly emailed newsletter to run hand in hand with the printed version of the magazine, this initial concept became 'Clearview Online News', currently distributed to more than 7,500 avid readers. Clearview were aware of the ongoing trend of shifting from printed matter toward purely online media.

Distribution is immediate and coverage can just as easily be global as local. The mailer was also developed to promote the 'Clearview Online Forum' a place to discuss the PVC industry in general.



Conservatec.com


Conservatec.com brought about a whole new set of challenges for us, the specification for this project was enormous and highly detailed. With a very intuitive user interface and some extremely well thought out components, conservetec.com has set new standards for online quoting.

It is no exaggeration to state that given the correct window style and sizes, a small child could quote frames on conservatec.com with no difficulty at all!



GableCraft Goes Hi-Tech

 


GableCraft have started the new year with a bang! They have launched two new online services, CraftQuota and CraftTrak. Both services have been developed by Pro-Active Management Systems.

CraftQuota enables customers to quote there own gable and rake frames on-line and includes calculation of hypotenuse, pitch and height as needed. The system also informs the customer whether a sunburst can be produced within the specified sizes.

GableCrafts other new service allows customers to track the progress of there orders from entering on the system to dispatch. Matthew Wilkinson, GableCrafts Managing Director said "They are both major steps forward for GableCraft and our customers."



Four Seasons Roof Quota

 


Four seasons of Worksop have just launched their Roof Quota. Developed by Pro-Active Management Systems, Roof Quota enables Four Seasons customers to obtain quote for 38 different conservatory roof style including P-Shapes.

The customer can also price for all glazing types and thicknesses as well as air conditioning units and roof vents. Gareth Matusevics, Business Development Manager for Four Seasons stated "We believe that we are the first in the UK to roll out such a system.

Our customers can now obtain conservatory roof quotes 24 hours a day 365 days a year. We feel this is a great step forward for Four Seasons and will continue to develop the system for the benefit of our customers.



Pro-Bend's Pro-Quota

 


Pro-Quota written specifically for Pro-Bend has put them at the forefront of the profile bending industry with their customers being able to quote their own shaped frames in seconds, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Profile colour, delivery options, glass templates etc are all included in the system.

Previously produced quotes can be reviewed at a later date. Pro-Bends MD, Matthew Wilkinson has stated that Pro-Quota is currently producing between 20 and 30 quotes per day without any intervention by Pro-Bends staff.

“The System has taken a significant work load off my quoting staff, enabling me to focus them more on marketing and customer care.” Stated Matthew.



Oxford Trade Frames Window Quota

 


Oxford Trade Frames Window Quota is the first of its kind in the industry.

No other company can currently offer their customers the ability to obtain their window quotes day or night within minutes. The system includes calculation of glass pricing and all possible frame additions across the complete range of frame styles.

The end quote can be printed off by their customer as a record of their own price or marked up and tailored to be a quote for the customers own customer. All previously produced quotes can be retrieved at a later date and viewed, marked up, marked down or amended.



Four Seasons Pro-Active Management System

 


Only Days after taking ownership of their own PAMS management system, Four Seasons had requested additions to the system which have now been implemented, they have included the ability for their sales representative to add new customers and leads to the system whilst still “on the road” enabling Four Seasons to act on new customers immediately instead of waiting for their sales rep to return back and manually enter customers on to the system.

They also have the ability to filter the customer base on geographical region and then export the filtered data to a CSV file for use in the sales reps PC based route finder software.
