A.All products provided by Pro-Active Management Systems will run happily on any hardware that is internet enabled.
Q. Do I need a minimum specification computer to run this system ?
A.The only requirement is that you have an internet capable computer with a broadband connection of 0.5MB or above download speed.
Q. Will I need to install the system on my computer ?
A.No, All you need to do is set your control panel page as your internet homepage. The information can be accessed from any computer in the world, using your username and password.
Q. Is the system upgradeable or would I have to buy a complete new one to upgrade ?
A.The system is completely upgradeable, all upgrades simply ‘plug-in’ the existing core system.
Q. Do I have to take it as it comes or could I add some of my own features & requirements ?
A.The system is completely customizable to your needs, whatever you can think of that will aid your business can be looked at being added as a plug-in.
Q. Will my data be backed up?
A.Your data will be backed up on a regular basis, however you will also be provided with a backup tool to enable you to backup your data locally. It is advised that this task is automated and carried out on a regular basis. We can provide help in automating this task.
